I just had a horrible experience, the moment I opened the cardoor it became obvious that the taxi driver had been smoking. Both my throat and nose burned the whole time, and the smell was horrible. I feel very bad for the people who have astma or other sensitivities, I wouldnt want them to experience this.

Absolutely appaling service - almost made my 12 year old niece miss her flight to London as we were waiting for the cab I had ordered 24 hours in advance - called 3 times but person who answered (3 different ladies who barely spoke swedish or english) kept connecting us to "a colleague in contact with the driver" but it just kept ringing and we never got any contact. Finally had to order an uber black as no other cars were available. Thank god for uber and screw you sverige taxi.

Flying to Arlanda once a month. Using Taxi020 app with invoice on the company. Ordering the ride at least the day before I arri e. So far the driver was never there on time for the pickup. Waiting 1hour happened a couple of times already. Took the train sometimes which takes me 1hr instead of 25min by taxi because of a no show. Taxi020 seríously needs to educate their drivers and keep close watch on the flight arrival time! Why else is it mandatory in the booking? Use the given information! Also the drivers feedback is that they dont know where to park the car.....really?? Taxi020 always gives me stress since it is always a challenge if they show up ontime or even show up at all.

Don't use this company! You have no guarantee that the car will show up. Booked a pickup from the airport for a colleague and the car never showed. 1 hour after pickup time I get a SMS saying the car is on the way.
