Jag kom dit med en avskuren fingertopp, som jag bandagerat. Jag hade blod på hela bandaget, på tröjan och på byxorna. Kvinnan som satt i receptionen sa att jag kunde gå hem och att det inte var någon ide att de tittade på fingret. de skulle ändå inte kunna göra något. Utan någon rekommendation vad jag skulle göra eller vart jag skulle vända mig. Jag åkte till Huddinge lättakut istället, så sydde de ihop fingret

Ignorant and arrogant patient treatment when trying to book an appointment. Incompent when it comes to diagnosis.

When we arrived with our son the receptionist wouldn't even let us talk or ask questions. She just kept rudely interrupting us saying they wouldn't be able to see us for hours. It didn't matter that we needed help or were scared about a severe allergic reaction. Beyond unprofessional. Arguably dangerous. Being busy (at a relatively small vårdcentral) does not warrant being unhelpful. Especially at a urgent care center.

I have been here like 10 times and never had a good experience.However bad you go, they are always rude.If you go with an infection to the most they prescribe you an Alvedon "because it is a virus".In all the cases they ended up prescribing antiobiotics somewhere else because it really wasn't a virus.If you fo with something else, like an emergency tetanus shot due to a dog bite,they wont even have it.

Very rude behavior at reception. They literally wanted us to go to some other akut. With very rough hands and rude behavior a lady at reception took blood test of my daughter. Will not recommend to anyone!
