Went there for a dessert but that was just taken out from the freezer and served on the plate.. but since the ambience was nice therefore 3 stars .. for food it would be just 2 stars :)

Nice out of town location and park nearby is great. Hotel itself somewhat jaded. Pool only available for family use from 8am to 10am. Rooms were spacious, however. Decent breakfast. Takes about 30 mins to get to central station at rush hour if you time your exit to catch the relatively infrequent 67 bus, so be sure this isn't an issue for you.
Nice out of town location and park nearby is great. Hotel itself somewhat jaded. Pool only available for family use from 8am to 10am. Rooms were spacious, however. Decent breakfast. Rooms are big and beds are okay. Rooms are lacking of power plug in. Restaurant in the hotel is just bad. Staff are unprofessional and cannot answer simple questions in the restaurant. After several weeks traveling to this hotel no improvement. Food was okay but colleague already received a cold soup. General for the price you are paying in this hotel the service is just bad. Breakfast is good.

Lovely room, great facilities and beautiful setting. Very friendly staff and easy check-in and -out. The breakfast was phenomenal with a very wide selection. It is a bit far from the city center (main tourist attractions), but for a more peaceful visit this hotel is ideal.

Had lunch here and the service was awful. The food was nice, but uninterested staff that verge on don't care attitude. The view is nice from outside on the terrace, but the sun shades go up at 12.35 on automatic timers and no shade. The staff won't help. Staff won't come to the table to ask if you want a coffee after lunch, you'll need to get up and walk over to ask. I saw this happen to 3 tables near us. Shockingly poor service for a Radisson hotel. I expected better.
