The staff was very friendly. The rooms was nice. The bathroom was beautiful. There were a few issues with the stay. The beds were small (smaller than a twin). There was no temperature control in the room. We had to offset the heat by opening the window. This was difficult during the middle of the night. We left the do not disturb sign on the door, only to come back to the room with the sign missing and room service took all of the towels without replacing them with new ones.

Really cozy, quiet, nice personnel and also great service. I was there for a wedding. The day after I really enjoyed the brunch buffe.

Rooms are fine, modern and clean. The staff was ok; pleasant yet not going out of their way to assist in any particular way. The location is rather difficult to get to by car (even more difficult to explain) as there isn't a clear route after exiting the highway. So many stoplights, intersections, one-way streets, double lane turns, etc.

The hotel and it's staff are quiet nice but the restaurant staff does not welcome guests. Any two star restaurant will provide better service although the food in the restaurant is very good.

Very nice location close on a lake... 15 min to city centre... Nice staff... Rooms are small but comfortable
