It is good for your next door gym, but not the best possible. Furthermore, not the best Sats. Good for a general work put in the nom-rush hour

Nice staff and good air, something that isn't that common in gyms. The machines are a little dated though.

Decent local gym. They have both free weights, bars and machines and an area with cardio equipment. The area with free weights and bars easily gets crowded and there can be a long wait.
