Probably the worst studio I have ever been too, the environment was so strict and unwelcoming. The teachers didn't seem qualifies at all, they were probably trained to be military training instructors. The class was taught in a way that would leave you with more injuries than before arriving. If you want to worsen injuries and screw up your back this studio will do the job. And if you feel like meeting the most nauseating cold yoga teachers ever this place is perfect for that as well!

I have been to a few different studios in Stockholm. Yoga Styrka is definitely one of the best I have been to. The instructor I have had is very professional. He has the ability to pinpoint exactly what you need to pay extra attention to in each posture. As a side note I have noticed is that he does not talk more than necessary (as opposed to many other instructors). It makes it easier to focus and get better into the session.

Travelled with my daughter from London to YogaStyrka to have another practice with Per, who used to teach us for many years in England. He is by far one of the most dedicated and gifted teachers around, so clearly it was a great experience to do one of his Vinyasa-flow classes again. His teaching methods are absolutely unique and always challenging. The supercool studio is beautifully located and style-wise does not equal any other yoga studio. I encourage others strongly to try this hidden gem, as they will discover the ultimate refreshment for body and soul..... highly recommended ("+")

I am still in shock from the treatment I received during my last Bikram yoga with Ricardo. It was the WORST yoga experience I have ever had in my life. I have been practicing for over 5 years, in many different studios and countries and I have never encountered a teacher more unprofessional and aggressive towards his students. This message is to alert others and the studio itself about this terrible experience, so that they can take the necessary measures to prevent others from being BULLIED and MISTREATED in the the way I was today. I even considered leaving the class or responding to his provocations but I respect yoga practice way too much and I could not do that to my others fellow students, who were there ( just as me ) looking for a fullfiling, encouraging and peaceful yoga experience. It is clear to me that Ricardo is not at all a serious and professional yoga teacher but in fact someone who is there to bully and embarrass his students in front of others.
