I didn't stay here. But visiting the prison museum is one of a kind experience. You would find it too silly from the outside and if you didn't read what is written on the walls. There is content both in English and Swedish on the walls. Trying to imagine the times when people were housed there and listening to the audio stationed in one of the prison rooms gives a unique real feeling. The staff cleaning the hotel above are also dressed in jail dresses 😊.. so you might some hang over 😊

This was a very unique place to stay and the overall quality was great. The rooms are small but clean and up to date. Breakfast was very good every morning. Great location, just minutes from train station. The staff was friendly and provided everything we asked for. We stayed here for a wedding and it turned out to be a great vacation.
