I can see it is happening all the time when reading reviews. No stars at all!
have ordered a taxi to the airport a day ahead, got a booking confirmation But received a message 5mins before planned arrival they have no free car and it has been cancelled.
Come on! This is not a service to rely on when need to be at the airport on time!
I recommend choosing other taxi service

WARNING! Avoid them!
I booked a taxi for the airport, I got a confirmation sms. 2 hours before the taxi should arrive they send an SMS cancelling my ordered taxi. This was in the middle of the night.
It's a scam company. AVOID!
