Rooms are clean and minimal, they are restructuring slowly room after room (2017) so ask for the renovated ones (e.g. 301 to 305 if I am not wrong). Breakfast is fresh and you have gppd options, do not miss the fresh fruit area and the small bread (fralla). Reception is open all night which helps if you have late check in.

Exceptional hotel in the very centre of Trollhättan which I will remember in the coming years. The room was very large for a double room, comfortable and modern as well. But what struck me the most was the enormous breakfast buffet, with everything from oatmeal porridge to picked herring. There was also entertainment for children, fast WiFi and a (paid) parking – and Trollhättan is a cosy town offering a food Scandinavian experience in any case!

Decent hotel at nice location next to the canal. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Noisy ventilation and no aircondition, only heating. Room can become very hot even on cloudy summer day. Parking costs 130 SEK per day.
