simply the best gym ive ever tried. lots of classes, sports, equipment and very friendly and helpful staff!

Although a bit pricey, depending on what you're after and at what time you're able to come here, this gym facility has EVERYTHING that one might possibly need! Plenty of machines, a ton of free weights, swimming-pools, sauna, both indoor and outdoor courses for tennis etc, an indoor climbing wall, spa area, rooms for practicing your golf swing, treadmills and stationary bikes... This place is huge! Great equipment, very modern, friendly (and proficient) staff. DO bring your own music though, because the stuff coming out from the speakers (inside the gym) is TERRIBLE and I'm not kidding!! Also, the indoor temperature during summer time is often quite absurd.

The biggest and most complete gym in the city. But also the most expensive one. Good option if you move around Umeå daily and want to switch between their locations from day to day (extra cost for IKSU spa). The swimming pool and changing rooms temperatures could be improved, but their wide range of classes offered are unbeatable.

A bit expensive but have a great selection of workout equipment and classes. Can be crowded around lunch and between 16:00-19:00.
