Dark room with a sea-theme, very cosy and modern, even though it's located in a old building. Lovely breakfast with everything I felt I wanted. Bar in the lobby, great parking for a reasonable price - all in all I'm super satisfied.

Had breakfast at the hotel, so that's what my rating is for. Located by the river in the center of Umeå, built so its connected to the culture house. That makes the atmosphere alive since they share some common areas. The breakfast itself is probably the best I've had in Umeå with ficus on local ingredients like bread and müsli from the highly regarded bakery in the same building.

Really nice. The lobby is excellent and the rooms the same. Nice marine theme without going to far with everything. It must be the best place. Good breakfast with delicate bread which you don't always find in a Sweden. Excellent service with friendly staff.
