Paying for stuff I didn't want because the terminal is very vague. Getting the wrong car, having to park it but can't find parking spots on returning. Lots of hidden costs, want it to be more transparent but sadly it's not. Really disappointing service

Good reception and have acceptable range of cars for rent and flexible way for renting a car like that you can pick up the key in night if the showroom closed via automatic machine but u need to book online first
