Amazing "Home" studio.
A students haven for on site yoga practice.
Classes are abundant with schooled instructions from husband and wife team Nicholas and Lizzette who created Hot Yoga Uppsala.
Immaculately clean, a well thought out inspired modern space in which they host traveling teachers, seminars and community minded topics.
A MUST visit when in Uppsala.
