Great Box, “Industrial Chic” location, very authentic.... CFB is a very ‘strong’ box with a lot of athletes/coaches competing in weightlifting. The “all level” classes might get a bit boring after a while as they have a strict strength-cycle before every WOD - so if you are looking for a more Crossfit style WOD go for the WOD classes - where the coaches are giving everything to give you a hell of a WOD. The coaches are nice and experienced and very helpful. Drop-In’s welcome
