My friend and I rented a car while in Switzerland. Our pickup spot was Interlaken and the agent there, Patrick, was very helpful- clearly explaining all the features of the car. He came to our hotel and picked us up and helped us set up the navigation to our destinations. We returned the car late in the day in Lucerne and again, found a very professional and friendly Hertz representative in Sebastian. As the drop off location was quite a ways from our hotel, he gave us a lift on his way home, offering tips on enhancing our visit to the city. Overall great experience with Hertz!
