Die Idee, sein Auto zu vermieten bzw. ein Auto mieten zu können ist genial. Sehr guter und freundlicher Kundenservice. Eigenes Auto kann über die App geöffnet und geschlossen werden.

Nice startup idea, with plenty of cars in town, you don't need to own one of your own. Especially if you just need it from time to time. I am looking forward to see how this grows. They are clearly trying to improve, now with the new app it is definitely an improvement. Way more usable.

Mit sharoo kann ich unkompliziert ein Auto in meiner Nähe mieten. Dank der sharoo App muss ich mich nicht mit dem Vermieter treffen, sondern kann das Auto ganz easy mit dem Handy öffnen.

The current app is not very user-friendly and it's a hassle to contact customer service. Had to book a second reservation just to lock the car and customer service was not even able to refund this second reservation due to some strange internal processes. Hope they improve their offering because I think their idea is great.
