They reimbursed my money to a wrong account. After I called them 5 times, they finally started research. And they charged me 50 francs for the research. Excuse me? My money was 2 months late and I did not ask for compensation. You charge me money for your own mistakes? What the heck? I was thinking of suing them but not worth the trouble anyway.

I wish i never singed a contract with this company...never picking up the telephone but issuing bills and requesting additional money for services are great!!

Signing up to this insurance was, by far, the worst decision I've ever taken. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Extremely regrettable.

Horrifying experience today at the Widdergasse location, where the “customer service” person told my wife to “go back to her country”! Some people do not belong at the front desk!!! By the way, not speaking German does not make you a foreigner in you own country!!!!!
