With Helsana complementary insurance you can only visit their recommended "service" providers, whos service is double the price from average on the market, Helsana doesnt care about this. And they are convinced (and trying to convince those poor who decided to buy insurance wwith them) that swimming is bad for your health. Looking forward for my contract to expire.
