I just called to make an appointment for eyelash extensions and spray tan and was told to allow for one hour waiting time! Who has an hour to waste?!

I came at 5:15 pm today for a manicure and pedicure and was told it was "impossible." They close at 7 pm and there was exactly one customer already there getting her nails done and one who had arrived directly before me. So it's impossible for them to provide service to 3 customers in nearly 2 hours. They are inadequately staffed and completely do not care about potential customers. Avoid!

I went there for a spray tan shower, and the staff was very kind and explained the process well. The price at 35 CHF is fair for Zürich and after one day, the result looks very natural, no weird traces. No waiting time in my case.
