I had a very successful treatment and an great patient experience at Hautzentrum Zürich AG. I strongly recommend this center to any body who need competent medical assistance for skin diseases and skin treatments. I am in particular very happy with the assistance received and the competence of Doctor Kagi. All the personnel has always been very kind and flexible at dealing with me as a patient and I am grateful to them for the good work done and my successful recovery.

I've been a client at the "Hautzentrum" clinic for over 5 years and never miss my appointment - even though I live outside Zurich. The whole "Hautzentrum" team are lovely and that makes for a really enjoyable experience, all round. Can't recommend them highly enough!

We had an appointment, still we had to wait for 15 minutes. The doctor just took 3 minutes to talk to my wife. While she was still asking questions, the doctor just left the room. I was never at another doctor in Switzerland, but I believe it is not normal that the doctor does not even let you finish your questions and leaves the room.

The dermatologist was quite unpolite and in a rush (even though I had to wait for extra 15 min). She did not care at all if I already applied any treatment, when the problem appeared etc. Even if this would not change the following treatment, it would be at least polite not to interrupt me while I was speaking. To be fair with the rest of the stuff, however, the lady doing the treatment was polite and nice.

Very poor service. Was given (and billed) for a lot of tests unrelated to what I went for, and no treatment of the actual issue.
Doctor only returned my calls after this review was posted, and after finally seeing me again kept asking me to take this down - including sending me letters to my house claiming I agreed to and now need to remove this! I've now found other doctors...
