I actually think the day view is better than the night view. Staff is very friendly and speaks English well. I had a cocktail for $10 and a piece of cake with sorbet at the same price. Plus 10% service charge.

Very nice atmosphere and cosy. A little bit pricey but it's worth it. It's on the 38th floor and has one of the best views of the city! If you're there, make sure you try something from the special menu of fresh local fruit cocktails!
