Staff only speaks Chinese, but even with my broken Chinese, I was able to manage just fine. The interaction was smooth. They had a car available on short notice when I needed one. Rate was decent. I would rent from them again.

The car was okay but the service was really bad. Because they couldn't understand English so well there were many misunderstandings. If you want to have a serious car rental, better go somewhere else.
