I got upgraded to Suite for free. And the rosewood suite was amazing. A very large suite with all amenities you can ever want. Awesome restaurants, and extraordinary food.

Quite a nice hotel. Room and services are good. Good restaurants and bar.
All the staffs I met are very friendly and helpful, except a couple of counter staffs at the Rainbow Terrace who really didn't know how to greet customers, the way they ask questions also quite rude. 2 nights I had dinner there. 1st night was wonderful, the staffs were friendly and helpful. The 2nd night, different staffs at the counter, those 2 girls really should learn to greet customers.
Overall I am very happy with the services.

Stayed for 2 nights. Great location, swimming pool, fitness center, bar, 2 breakfast buffets, and clean rooms. Only problem we had was the card key seemed a bit too sensitive to interference. Key stopped working and had to go to the front desk 3 times to get it replaced.

The hotel is really big with 2 buffet breakfast to choose from. But the chairs are outdated and old already. Service is also good.
