來這間完全是因為他採用豐穗VOD系統，有新的藍光電影超多才去。電視尺寸上可媲美單獨包廂。
本來要給五顆星，因為某事件直接降為一顆星。
白天班的同仁瞎到爆!!。你知道你家早餐換成吉野家，但會不知道幾點開放嗎?
態度差~~跟我說早餐如果沒有七點以後十點以前去~就喪失權益喔喔喔就不要吃喔喔喔喔喔。
結果早上六點要走的時候，凌晨班同仁拿早餐卷給我講說可以六點就去吃早餐。我看到他們發的早餐卷時間，吉野家五點就開放帝苑客人去吃早餐。如果聽信白天班員工的話，我可能就直接出門不去吃早餐了。
白天班的員工很差勁也很不專業!我還106年8/24晚上問、106年8/25中午打電話問+FB問共三次。尤其中午打電話那次態度還更差勁。信口開河，非常不專業，嚴重鄙視。你們家還有在早餐卷上面印時間，你是連阿拉伯數字都看不懂，然後跟客人講錯的時間嗎?

Friendly service staff, each employee's face sunny smile, people unforgettable, after entering, wow! Wow! Although it is located in the center of the city of Banqiao but did not affect the museum quiet and leisurely Yat. All the staff in the museum that sunny smile makes me feel so happy. Five-star hotel service, cheap cost, great! Baton! Baton!
