They only allow people to bring water or sport drink into gym which is reasonable, but I saw a few of staffs eating food or lunch inside the gym and you can smell foods all around the gym.

Only spent time on the 5F rink but it's spacious and has AC. Seems well maintained. There is underground parking but tends to fill up quickly.

Quite okay, nothing fancy but has everything you need. The staff is friendly and they speak English and understand bad Chinese well, too! Worth 50$ for sure. Only problem is the small gym which is basically always too full, and when your stay is limited to just one hour, don't be surprised if you won't get your full routine finished.

As far as public gyms are concerned, this one is mediocre. Compared to Zhongshan sport center's gym - which I recommend - this gym has older equipment, darker lighting, and a dirtier changing room. The air conditioning wasn't very cold either. Also - no towel enforcement and no alcohol/cloth for wiping equipment. The one benefit this gym has over Zhongshan's is that it's quite a bit more spacious but that's about it. Overall just good enough to be a Taipei City public gym in my opinion.
