點杯果茶跟拿鐵等半天，飲料來了才給水，音樂有夠糟糕，低音重到不知道歌在唱三小，menu都被折得亂七八糟都快撕破了
簡而言之:服務糟 效率糟 氣氛糟 口味一般般 只有裝潢有一點點時尚

I was there during my first visit to Taipei. We were looking for cafe to relax and this is the first store we seen. We ordered 3 drinks and 1 waffle
It took 2 minutes to get coffee (they made the wrong one) and 5 minutes to get juices but it took around 30 minutes for waffle and we didnt get the last drink (banana milk frappe) and we tried serveral times to communicate with them and no any feedback (language problem they can't speak english). After we tried serveral times so i dicided to cancel the order which they okay. The problem is they seem not even know that they are doing aomething wrong they should at least say sorry but none of them say that. We paid for those 3 items which are very pricy 2 drinks 1 dessert around 650 ntd.

一行人六人去 點了五杯調酒
經典調酒都難喝到爆 不是太甜就是太苦或是酒味太重而且用的就喝起來很像工業用酒精
大雷～～～～～～!
若需要地方坐到是可以去，因為整個華山永遠只有他們有位子 其他家都客滿（不是沒有道理）
記得點啤酒，不會出錯

有提供多種紅白葡萄酒與調酒或威士忌等等，甚至是啤酒，應有盡有，食物方面大多都是下酒菜，滷味或者三明治等等，沒有主餐熱食，如果想要前去的人要注意是沒有主餐的，裡頭裝潢氣氛算不錯，調酒點的是邁泰，個人覺得算還不錯
但我跟這間店還有蠻多插曲的
第一次現場前往訂位隔天晚上的，也現場看他們幫忙寫好定位紀錄才離開，但隔天下午才突然電話告知，他們晚上要員工訓練，要跟我取消，造成原本訂好位要跟朋友前往，臨時又要改訂其他餐廳與地點，非常的麻煩，所以也沒吃到
第二次過幾個禮拜想說在去試試，我在前一天定位本來訂7：45，跟我說必須8：00他們之前有活動可能7：30前都會來不急結束，8:00才ok，所以我就答應8：00前往
結果當天一到告知是訂位的，居然只說“那外面座位請，因為裡面在拍攝”，只說了這樣一句話，也沒道歉因為臨時耽誤等等的解釋，而外面座位區鄰近馬路比較吵然後又有人在抽煙，當天悶熱也沒戶外風扇，讓一起前來的朋友失望了，當初就是覺得店內氣氛還不錯所以才前來
基本上食物與酒都算還不錯，如果在室內用餐應該是頗舒適，這方面可以給3.5顆星以上，但不曉得是營業的太隨性還是怎樣，讓我兩次訂位的感受都不好，感覺有待加強，所以只想給三顆星，甚至更低
