Nice hotel. It has reopened as the Golden Tulip now. Reception is on the 20th floor.
A/C and wifi are good. The rooms are very bright in the early morning, I thought.
There is a club around the corner that on weekends is open to the early hours of the morning. It's a bit loud, but wasn't loud enough to interrupt my sleep. I am a deep sleeper though.
