"This inner journey came into my life at the perfect time because I was finally ready to face my fears, especially my responsibilities. I discovered the keys to a more serene and playful life. I became more aware of my worth and abilities. I remembered my goals and priorities. I got rid of a lot of destructive thoughts that used all my energy. I sorted through my surroundings. I learned to love and respect myself.
