Not so bad!
Saw the comments, and those look horrible. However, during my stay, everything - except being overprice as hell, but you know, the view - is nice. The service is nice, the drink is ok, the view is nice, too. The drinks cost you around 700 baht, but the view - if you're not staying in the hotel - worth it.

To start with, no sight at all in the restaurant and the sight over Bangkok is the only reason to go there, so avoid dining there and hardly have a drink. You can enjoy the sight for free!
The staff is rude to extreme levels and the service is really poor if compared to the price. The maitre (?????? I feel sorry for real maitres to use this word) is a rude woman who treats staff and clients in such a way that would deserve to be fired immediately. She was throwing things in a rude, bad manner when giving her shoulders to clients and making an annoying, false over-smiling face when turning towards people, collecting glasses when people had hardly finished to drink and asking "another one?" continuosly. We ordered a Martini that was served in ridiculous quantity in a glass for water and when we asked for a proper glass (at least!), we were answered that they couldn't have a proper glass for every drink since it would have meant having thousands!!! We were shocked by the answer and by the way it was pronounced. The woman above was even making fun of two girls dancing, speaking in Thai with evident disgust with the waiters. Unbelievable.
Go there for a picture since it's worth it, but don't leave them a single penny.

Amateur hour. They couldn't poor a scotch properly if you gave them 4 tries, which is how many times it took them to actually poor a proper glass of scotch, without cork in it. Other drinks we had were watered down, which wasn't even as annoying as the fact we were hidden away in the corner all night with no service. Overall, high prices with quality and service that don't deliver .

Ordered a mint julep and got something that might have resembled a mint julep but with about a litre of water. I assume the bar staff are incompetent given it is a IBA cocktail and on their menu.

This bar overcharges it patrons ROUTINELY! Its a fraud. Want some scotch ? Make sure you specify a single or else you will be charged for a double! These son of a bitches are thieves! This bar is nothing but a complete rip-off. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If you complain they will do nothing. WORST BAR IN BANGKOK!
