There are showrooms and there are showrooms, what I like about BMW Rama 3 is they follow up, their service staff know a thing or two about BMWs. The waiting room is all you need. Millennium Auto also has a selection of slightly used cars, the one I went with had 6000 km on the clock and saved me heaps.
However the big plus for me is there is an Aston Martin showroom and a Rolls Royce showroom next door.

Make appointment to recall for installing back seat bucket, and the service said someone got in first and installed before mine.

Bad experience with the service. Advertised themselves as premium service along with BSI, but when my brand new car is broke down after a few months of purchasing, they refused to take the car in due to full schedule. Once they take the car in, they said it need a part and need to wait several weeks to order from German, which I doubt. I ended up took the car to another service location, they fixed the car right away and the cause of the issue was totally different from what Millennium Auto Rama III said here. Having coffee in the waiting room doesn't make you a premium service!
