If you are looking for car pickup. Pleae don't come here, look for sukon court which is the right location. This is the head office of hertz and if you came here wrongly like i do, you need to walk 10 mins ahead to sukon court to pick up the car under the super HOT sun which is not fun.

I rented a car, I bought full insurance. I damaged the car by accident, I returned it and they did not charge me extra for the damages. Good company. It was also the cheapest car rent from Don Muang airport.

Everything was fine until it came to returning the car. The process took incredibly long. As of typing this, we've been waiting over 45 minutes. If you rent with this location, be sure to get to the airport 3+ hours early.

Got a brand new (just a month old) Honda Civic car from Don Muang airport for 24 days during our holidays in Thailand, Very happy with the car. It was E85 (which is much cheaper) technology but can use other unleaded petrol also. Staff is friendly and supportive. Will use the HERTZ service during our next holidays to Thailand.
