Price was very reasonable, including breakfast buffet for 2 adults & 2 kids below 12. Most of the staff spoke reasonably good English. Concierge even helped us direct the Grab driver into the hotel entrance as the Grab app couldn't pinpoint my location at the entrance. Hotel location is near night markets.

Everything is fine. Very good choice for the first visit to Bangkok - next to the airport rail link and nice cultural center (I mean not so touristic). Next to the shopping mall and night market. BTS is in 20 minutes slow walk.

Centara Watergate provides a really experience even though it is just 4 star. Expect your luggage to be brought to your room by staff while you check in sipping your welcome drink. Also, the food at Chilli heat is nothing short of amazing with the spectacular view too. All in all, the service and experience here is really good!
