I’ve stayed in quite a few hotels for work but decided to stay at the Golden Tulip for a night before flying back home to Europe. When I got to the reception desk I realised that I lost my phone and wallet in a taxi. I was panicking about it but Adisek at reception and the concierge staff Mr Cheung got me to calm down and walked through all the possibilities of where my items may be. They managed to track it down to the taxi and got the driver to bring the items back. Throughout this process they were calm and thoughtful, getting me to relax while the situation was sorted out. Any other hotel may have just turned me away and washed their hands of me since I had no money but the staff at Golden Tulip took the tome to help me when they had free time between their customers and were patient enough to take the time to solve my problems. I am so thankful to the staff at this hotel for assisting me and ensuring I had a pleasant stay. Next time i’m in Bangkok again and need to stay at a hotel i’ll definitely go to the Golden Tulip!

Nice hotel in great location. Its location make this hotel worth staying . Close to all nearby famous markets and metro.

Location is fine- a convenience store and Starbucks located at the nearby hospital. Shuttle bus scheduled to shopping malls.
Service- friendly and easy going staff.
Facilities- gym equipment is a bit simple. Massage at the spa is good with reasonable price. Wifi connection is bad- lost the signal every now and then.
