We had a nice, very quite room. Room space and breakfast were really okay for the reasonable price. The connection to the express boats and the short distance to the BTS is great.!

Quiet location and very friendly staff. Buffet breakfast with reasonable choices from noodles to sausages and pastries. Amazing pool although unheated. Nearby local eateries and at least two 7-11 within the short distance of 300m.

Not very big room but reasonable. Very beautiful view from breakfast area and swimming pool. Maybe cheapest hotel by the river in Bangkok. I will be back here again. I love this place

Check in is super fast. The staffs are very polite and quick operation.
Room was ready to lay down. It was very clean and and quiet.
Bed is soft and comfortable.
Breakfast is good enough to start your day.

Our stay was okay, but overall still a bit disappointing. Biggest disappointment was at our arrival. The first impression was poor. Although stated on the website that there is a free shuttle service to the next train station, the shuttle is in one direction (from hotel to station) only. And when we were arriving at the station, nobody would even pick up the phone. When we arrived (at 5pm) the room wasn't ready yet and we had to wait for another hour to get into our room. And all this despite the fact that we had already checked in online and had specified our check-in time.
The great thing about this hotel is the location, right next to the river. The pool area is nice and they have a nicely sized kids pool. The family room was very practical but good size.
The cocktail bar closes quite early and the selection at the lobby bar (24hrs) doesn't feature and cocktails or long drinks). Staff was nice overall, although the welcome at the reception upon arrival wasn't very nice.
