Nice, comfortable hotel in an extremely convenient location in Bangkok. Has a bar with a great view. The breakfast and lunch buffet has excellent Asian choices.

I was here for the lunch buffet at the lounge and it was nothing short of amazing at the price of 299 baht. The staff was very friendly and spoke fluent English, something rare in Bangkok. We were given our choice of seats and were welcomed to the wide buffet selection before our main course came. I ordered the salmon and I would say that it was pretty well cooked. Even though it was stated that the lunch buffet ends at 2.30pm, my party and I was allowed to stay till roughly 2.45pm while we finished our food without any pestering from the staff. There is also smoking permitted at the balcony

great location. The hotel is connected to the mall. It is perfectly located and can shop multiple times due to the location. the corner Rooms are little small. The morning buffet breakfast is good. Also, staff is good, but at times we could smell smoke in our non-smoking room after the housekeeping team left our room. So not very happy with the housekeeping. But location and breakfast buffet was superb.

Novotel is an amazing location as it is connected to the fashion mall, Platinum Pratunum, directly. That means, if you wanted, you wouldn't have to leave the comfort of the building itself as everything -the hotel, the shopping, even a food court is connected. I would recommend leaving the area and venturing outside since the street food tastes fantastic and seeing the night markets around the area was very interesting. The rooms were decently sized and the room I stayed in had a fantastic view. The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful as well. I would recommend staying here for sure due to the location and the services provided!
