Hotel location at shopping and eating area. Hotel wifi signal is strong and fast. Room cleanliness quite good.

The entrance might not be very obvious, the room & bath room were clean. The only drawback was the hotel main entrance was quite dirty after the fashion shops closed and many rats were having their 'party' nearby the garbage area.

Excellent value for money, strategically located for shoppers who love Pratunam wholesale and Platinum fashion mall. Very hard to find though.

Difficult to find the hotel entrance.
Room aircon not in good condition.
Switch board not in good condition, electricity constantly switching on and off even with the hotel card in.
When requested for solution, they suggested to provide us with emergency light and portable fan.
