Amazing hotel with amazing amenities. Impecible spot on the river that is easy to access. Class breakfast buffet, lovely rooms with everything you could ask for. Incredibly attentive staff, clean facilities, and a great pool that is family oriented. This hotel has it all, and it would be hard to complain. I highly recommend upgrading to the Horizon Club benefits, as the benefits outweigh the cost.

Luxurious appointed rooms, great hotel by the river, good views. there's a BTS stop right outside, but may take 2 or 3 hops to get where you want to go. vehicular traffic is horrible getting in or out unfortunately.

A beatuiful hotel inside and out. Rooms are very spacious with a full river view. Employees are very courteous and kind. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Onsite restaurant is superior. Buffet breakfast is fantastic with so many choices of their native food.

Lovely restaurant in a traditional Thai setting. The food was delicately flavoured but the best part was our host Joey, very good natured, attentive and funny. Excellent service.

I really like this place. Been here every year for the last 3 years. The hotel is really nice and well kept. The staff are always looking impeccable and are always eager to offer help. Take my advice and always opt for the river view else you’ll be over looking the neighborhood which is a little grubby looking. Just looking out of the river seeing all the boats go by is pretty neat and during the evening quite a lot are lit up in multicolored lights. The buffet is just great at all times. The selection is pretty big. The train station is within walking distance.
We’ve enjoyed ourselves so much here that this year whilst we won’t be heading to Bangkok we will be going to the Shangri-La in Chiang Mai. I’m confident they won’t disappoint.
