we arrived from a long day of travel from remote Myanmar. The VIE was wonderful. We are a member of the Accor Plus program so got an upgrade to a suite with our own butler - the very capable and charming Prim.

We checked in on 23 Sep 2017. It was like an ordinary check in at any hotel.
But check out on 24 Sep 2017 by Assistant Front Desk Manager, May has changed everything. It was a good experience and from then on when we check in again on 26 Sep 2017, It was May again. May and her staff was great ( like Tong).
We had great service from May and her staff. They were attentive to our need. Therefore, I would like Vie Hotel to acknowledge their staff like May and Tong.

Hi,
We found the hotel great. The location and facilities were excellent. All the staff we encountered; front desk, house keeping, concierge and restaurant were polite, attentive and made our stay very nice. The hotel room was very spacious, nicely presented and very comfortable for the 5 night stay. The quality of the food for the breakfast was outstanding; a great selection of local, Asian and other styles of food all with quality ingredients and enough variety to suit any palate.

I stayed this hotel for 1night.
Everything was perfect in this hotel.
Especially the service was great.
A half year ago, in the last time I came to Bangkok, I lost my phone. At that time, i jumped into this hotel to ask to use a phone (I hadn't even stayed here at that time). Then, front desk lady allowed me to use it without paying. That's why I decided to stay here in this time. And unbelievably, the front desk lady, JUNE, still remembers the moment and me. Also she gave me a letter and little present when I checked out.
I was feeling so happy with it, and decided to stay here next time for 100% sure.
I stayed this hotel for 1night.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Vie .Excellent staffs around and very much attentive to help you all the time.
We like the quality of food in the restaurant.
The location is great as well, that might be the only way you can save travel time in a city like Bangkok notorious for worst traffic jams.
Because of the bigger size Suites, my 8 years old twins enjoyed there too. They said they have enough space to play hide and seek :-)
Overall we like everything and would love to stay again.
