Excellent medium-sized gym with nice new equipments. Really outstanding in terms of friendliness and helpfulness and the fit-looking owner is also doing personal training and aerobic classes. The atmosphere is that of a big family in which everyone is so nice. Being part of the Mall there are plenty of restaurants and food courts serving cheap yummy foods . Great location too as Gateway Ekkamai Mall is next door to Eastern Bus Stations with frequent coaches to tourist destinations like Pattaya Koh Samed and Koh Chang . Highly recommended !

Good place for holiday workout. 380B/day. Clean place. Best shower in Thailand, better then in every Hotel. Friendly stuff. Food court in same building also very good. Gatorade 25B. Gym is behind sport outlet. Think 4th floor.
