If you want to study and learn the true authentic essence of yoga, this is the school. I attended 300 HR, 6 week intensive YTT. This training changed my life from a spiritual perspective and deepened my yoga practice and confidence as a yoga teacher, through a variety of amazing classes and workshops. The Masters and Teachers are highly skilled, extremely knowledgeable and passionate about yoga and the yogi lifestyle. The atmosphere is warm, nurturing and challenging at the same time. The one on one attention was truely unique compared to most Yoga schools. A Beautiful experience!

High recommend I have been doing yoga here from more then one year really it's a great place in Bangkok to do yoga and have a lot of great and knowledgeable gurus (Teachers ) I'm really happy to do yoga here ,, thanks yogi lalit you are the best
