I am a student of Empower Yoga for 1 year and 6 months. The teachers here are great and hands on with adjustments. They really supported me to perfect my poses and to focus on my breathing. I can definitely say that this yoga studio is the best. Highly recommended!!

For me, Empower yoga is not only a yoga studio in Bangkok, but also where I feel like home.

All teachers always sincerely support all students. They teach useful techniques and knowledge with their heart.
I am very thankful for all teachers especially Kru Joe, Kru Pook, Kru Pla and Kru Soon. I have learned and practiced the great yoga system that is Ashtanga.

I would like to recommend that this is a good place with good location for you to get good physical and mental health at the same time. Also, you might get new lovely friends from here.

It's a Great Yoga Stutio. Strong Stlye by Empower Yoga Bankok. I love this place. Powerful Teacher, Lovely Friends and is in the center of the city
