This is high quality Iyengar yoga. All the teachers are a very good standard. I really enjoyed practicing here whilst I was in Bangkok and I learnt a lot. Thank you.

I live Phuket, Every time a come BKK i come every morning... i love Iyengar stile and here is the real Iyengar. I like the ambiance, the teachers. Very good clases.

Very unpleasant yoga studio. From the minute I walked in Justin Herold the owner and instructor made me feel unwelcome. I was right on time (I would have been early but it was confusing to find as they weren't listed on the sign outside the building so I had to look it up again.) but Justin told me I was supposed to come 15 minutes early my first time - but that isn't written anywhere on the website. He reluctantly let me stay. Then, about 15 minutes into the class, during downward dog, he came over and repeated told me to straighten my legs. I told him I had tight hamstrings and couldn't. My inability to comply upset him for some reason. He told everyone to move their mats to the wall but came up to me and told me we had a problem. He said this was why he liked people to come 15 minutes early, although coming in early wouldn't have solved the problem of my tight hamstrings. So he asked me to leave! I did lower myself to his level when I told him the problem was that he was a very unpleasant man. Don't go to this studio! Berating students and making them feel bad is not yoga. I was very upset over this bizarre mistreatment and disappointed as I thought I had found a good studio.

I can really recommend the Iyengar-Yoga-Studio. The teacher Justin Herold is very qualified and helpful. Classes are available in English and Thai language, also private lessons. The studio is well equipped and conveniently located just a little distance inside Soi Thonglor, not far from the MRT station.
