New gym, friendly staff - Muay Thai meets crossfit! Very clean gym and equipment is all new. More orientated towards conditioning than traditional Muay Thai.

I went to there few months ago..all trainer were very friendly&professional..it was very good!

The Krudam Muay Thai school is located very close to the Phrom Phong BTS station next to the Emporium Mall. This makes it a convenient location especially considering how far out some of the schools are. Prices are very reasonable - you can sign up for private training, individual sessions, or buy a bunch of sessions at a discount. There are gloves, wrist wraps, and pads on hand if you need them. I find the instructors to be excellent. I have taken two sessions and each time there was only one other person which means lots of individualized attention. I find it to be an intense cardiovascular work out as well. One thing - this is an open air gym which means it does gets hot - bring a big bottle of water with you. For the duration of my time in Bangkok, this is where I will be training.
