Amazing outdoors gym.
You actually have a huge area full of machines that work with your own bodyweight, and then right next to it, you have a proper gym (not sure how much, but no more than 1 usd).
Also next to it there are public toilets with changing room and shower (costs just 2 bath).

Lumphini Park is a wonderful place to go, morning or late afternoon... It's always great to be there... specially in the evening... it's also called the " Green lungs of Bangkok" highly recommended to go there.. there re paddle boats for rent..as well as bikes...

There are two open gyms, one is a bit more northwest of this location and costs 50 baht. Functional free weights setup. Frogs, geckos and various insects freely roaming around. Good fun and a decent workout is definitely possible. 20 baht fee
They shut off the lights at 20:45 but they dont force you out, very relaxed atmosphere

So cool! Equipment is beat up and homemade feeling but what a cool workout! Sweat your ass off in the humidity but it's a cool hardcore feel. If you love to train this is worth a trip. The staff was sleeping and a bit abrasive but all part of the experience
