Located outside the city in a developing residential area Power Roar is in its 1st year of being open. As opposed to CF gyms in central Bangkok the community was made up of mainly locals instead of the usual Expats which made for a more authentic class plus the fact that it was taught in Thai. This particular Saturday was a brutal partner workout which left very little time for rest with the back and forth partner wall balls. These along with the farmer carries were done outside in their side yard which is just an easy step down from the main gym interior. Although one could never get used to the Asian humidity it was at least nice to be under the sun for half the workout. The gym and people had a good vibe but it was a bit far out of the way if you are downtown since that area has plenty of options.
