Amazing hotel and staff, I cannot rate this hotel high enough. Our room was amazing and looked exactly like it did in the photos. The restaurant food was top quality the duck dish was incredible. I also had two spa treatments done by the lovely Boom and Ami and the were the best I have ever experienced. I cannot wait to visit again dreaming of this hotel back in the UK! xxx

Yes the hotel is dated but it is reasonable maintained. I love the old feel portrayed by this boutique hotel and it makes me feel I in a different era, what Bangkok was in the 50's. If you expect a contempory and exclusive stay then this will not be for you.

When we arrived we discovered that the deluxe room doesn’t have any window! Nothing to impress the hotel receptionist, apparently according to him it’s a normal thing in this neighbourhood and it’s totally fine for a 4+ stars hotel to offer at this price range a room without any window! We were tired so we just decide to take the room anyway and search for a better hotel next morning after a good night sleep, but unfortunately for us that’s not what happened... let me explain.
When we arrive in the room (without window) we found some beautiful cockroaches (at least 3 of them) playing around the phone on the nightstand, so we let the receptionist know about these little cockroaches playground next to our bed, again no surprise on his side, totally normal thing for a 4 stars hotel I guess, he kindly propose use a new room, the one right next to our current room, but with all those good impression it was too much for us and we decided to leave right away for somewhere else without cockroaches and with window.
So we asked them to cancel our one night booking and refund us the price of the room that we didn’t use (we can’t say the same for the cockroaches). But because of the none refundable politics of the establishment it was impossible for them to give us our money back! What a great service for this beautiful 4 stars hotel, we were so disgusted by the place that we left anyway,
Please stay away from this hotel.

Great boutique hotel in Chinatown. Big rooms, comfy beds, cordial staff, great price! The spa in the hotel is fantastic. Best massage I've ever had, and I've had about 100. The restaurant was pretty good, food better than the cocktails, but Chang is always a good option instead of sugary drinks. Amazing street food lines the street just outside most nights and getting to other sites in Bangkok was easy. Would absolutely come back!

Had a great experience the week when i stayed here. Lovely, colorful rooms with nice beds and art. Clean and tidy and a nice minibar that got refilled for free every day!
The breakfast buffet was amazing, with all kind of delicious meals. Everything was served hot and an appealing presentation.
Overall the hotel was stylish with nice decorations. Everything from the pictures, statues and small pools. Would been nice if they added fishes there!
The staff was very polite and gave advices on what to discover in the city.
