Stayed at the end of a G Adventures tour. The hotel is clean and looks nice but we were given a room without a window which was very stuffy and smelt musty. Location is handy for getting onto public transport and the station makes a good landmark to give taxi drivers

Great hotel! Very beautiful.
Many services as gym, spa, tour guides.
They have an amazing terrace with an amazing view.
tHe restaurant has a big window and you enjoy the sunrise at the breakfast.
They are ladies on the reception, they are very nice and kind.
There is a man who is not!
The room is very clean, spacious and complete.
Great hotel! Very beautiful.
Many services as gym, spa, tour guides.
They have an amazing terrace with an amazing view.

Chique and awesome hotel. Rooms are what you expect. Business people will have fun here. Backpackers. Is nice and close to the train station. But you can do better.

As an end of adventure travel, this hotel is OK. It has a strange layout. You enter at level 1 , go up to level 12 to the Reception. Once you are given your key, you then have to go back to the lift across from the desk to go to your room. However I can heat you say that's easy. Well , what they don't tell you is how to use the lift. After looking silly for a while, our CEO came to our aid. You have to use your room key first on the censor then push your floor
This is the other strange bit. You have to go down again to get to your room. Saying that, the room was big , clean , comfort beds (2 huge beds for 2) the bathroom was well stocked and clean towels.
Back up to level 12 for breakfast which was excellent.
They did not charge for keeping our bags until later in the day as we were moving to another hotel in the city.
This is a good hotel for an overnight stay or may be 2 nights.
Overall it is good for the price.

Staff and facilities are very good. Excellent location. Gym and Thai Massage. Breakfast buffet is really good too, you'll be sploit for choice. Only thing that lets it down is the poor menu and quality of the food in the restaurant. Go out to eat in the evenings as there are plenty of restaurants around! Some nice street food too.
