Honestly westing time to go there, unless you will plan to go W market in the evening, there is empty as less then 20 paintings, and seem they don't take care of the painting at all, no A/C. JJmarket artist area is where you should go.

I'm not really into this type of art but this place has a relaxing feel to it. A large open air tabled area surrounded by many food stalls serving Thai, Italian, Mexican, Indian and western food. Some really good quality and reasonable prices.
Living nearby I often go here for dinner or just a beer and chill out.
It is frequented by Thai and western people and often has a good crowd. Sometimes busy but you can usually get a table
