Our private transfers were dangerous and unreliable. Mini bus driver backed up slip road onto very busy 3 lane highway with my family on board after taking wrong turning. On another occasion picked up 1hr 10mins late for our transfer from Siem Reap to Bangkok and each time we spoke to office they gave a different story for reason.

Bad Muay Thai Experience – Thanks to Exotissimo Travel.
My friend and I were collected promptly at 5pm as indicated on our booking. The booking indicated a pickup would occur 30 to 60 minutes prior to the start of the event. The guide, Mr. Krissana, on behalf of Exotissimo Thailand Travel, explained we would have a 45 minute drive to the stadium and the fights would begin at 6pm. We found ourselves in terrible traffic and the 45 minute journey took 80 minutes. Upon arriving at the stadium at 6:20pm, we were greeted by event staff who indicated the matches did not begin at 6pm but the timing had been changed for the season and the fights actually began at 4pm. There was no 6pm fight as we had originally booked. We were then told there were fights happening at 9pm. We had no intention on waiting almost 3 hours for the new fight to begin.
Our guide, Mr. Krissana did appear genuinely surprised by the timing and was frantically making phone calls to his office. Although I asked him to hand me the phone to speak to his manager, her refused to give me the telephone. I did manage to track down a number for the operations manager, Khun Pat, who told me she understood the situation and there was nothing she could do for me until she contacted Viator on Monday. I told her this was completely unacceptable and demanded I be transferred back to Bangkok.
Their customer service was non-existent throughout the entire ordeal. Mr. Krissana was extremely rude and at one point yelled at me 'I am only following a work order". While I do realize the mistake may not be his own, customer service basics would tell a representative to at least apologize to a customer for the mistake. Neither Mr. Krissana nor Khun Pat even apologized for the inconvenience. I think this is terrible.
I would not recommend any traveller deal with such an unprofessional travel representative.
