Abysmal customer service. I have many complaints about this place. I would strongly recommend avoiding this veterinarian office.
1: The desk staff were rude and dismissive from our first interaction, to the last. As soon as we walked in the door we were treated negatively, as if asking for medical assistance was something they couldn't bear.
2: The nurses were vocal about their disapproval of our cat's behavior complaining to us that our cat was "aggressive". It's a vets office. Cats are going to be irritated. One nurse in particular expected an apology and showed us scratch marks apparently he recieved from our cat. If you can't handle a scared pet, find a different occupation.
3. We saw three different "doctors". One for each visit. The last two were young women who were unnecessarily rude, and totally unhelpful. The first gave us no information at all, and shooed us out the door. The second, after we inquired about basic post-operation questions, responded rudely and was all around very unpleasant. She couldn't believe we burdened her with simple questions and she replied in condescendingly and offered little explanation.
Overall the place was generally very unprofessional. Don't bother taking your animals there.
They're worth more than that.
